Licensed features

The following spreadsheets define the outputs, map analysis functionality and scenarios/policy options available under different license levels for WaterWorld and Costing Nature. Green in a cell means the feature or dataset is licensed and thus available at that user level, red means a higher user level license is required. Red at all user levels means this is a new feature in pre-release.
